Hello Richard,

We are writing to thank you and the Peruforless staff for the first class organisation of our recent holiday in Peru. All agencies used were fantastic. Most of our hotels exceeded our expectations, the tours arranged were interesting and varied and the guides were all well informed and interesting.
We loved the whole experience.
George and Jean,Richard,

We're back in the US and wanted to thank you for all your help and
suggestions. The trip was arranged in just the right order of Cusco first and
Lima last, and the assistance we received from your agents in Cusco was
exceptional. We particularly want to thank Carlos who unfortunately we did not
get to see our last day. He and the entire Cusco group were there to help us
transition and really enjoy the trip.
Again, many thanks!
Thanks again,
David,Dear Bernard,

We very much enjoyed our trip to Peru from March 11 to March 30. We were amazed by the variety of climate, topography, landscapes, archeology, and culture in your country. And we were impressed by the efficiency of the transportation systems --- whether by air, rail, water, or highway. Contacts, tours, and transfers were all as scheduled. The trip exceeded our expectations. There were many memorable moments, among them going to dinner with you to Tanta's in Lima, a most amazing seafood restaurant. Perhaps the most unusual, if not the best seafood we have ever tasted.
We would highly recommend your Travel Agency to friends and relatives. We were favorably impressed by the tour guides on all of our mini-tours. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke very good English, for those of us who don't understand Spanish. And they were most helpful in answering our many questions, especially when it came to giving advice on good places to shop, and excellent restaurants. We fell in love with the Alpaca wool sweaters and multi colored table cloths.
We think that what makes your agency exceptional is the personal, 24-hour service you provide, your ease of accessibility throughout Peru, and your prompt, courteous, and competent attention to our needs. There will always be glitches in any trip, no matter how well planned. And we had our share over 20 days. However, you and your team always responded in a timely and more-than-satisfactory fashion. Case in point --- when a cancellation of our flight from Puno to Arequipa was cancelled one morning, resulting in the cancellation of a scheduled afternoon tour of Arequipa, at no expense to us, you rescheduled our flight to Arequipa, as well as the city tour and return flight to Lima on our last day in country. This actually turned out to be a more convenient itinerary for us in the long run, with no loss of planned sight-seeing.
Thank you again for the attention you and your staff gave to us during our delightful and adventurous stay in your beautiful country!
Sincerely,
Jeff and Dolly,Dear Richard,

We really enjoyed our vacation to Peru. Everything went smoothly. There was always someone to meet us at the airport and take us to our hotel. All of the accommodations were very nice and a couple of them had great views out the window. Machu Picchu was spectacular.
We enjoyed our stay with the family on Amantani Island. Prior to leaving for the island, the tour guide suggested we take something to the family we would be staying with. He said is was optional. He recommended canned milk, sugar, pasta, or rice. We bought coloring books, and small matchbox trucks in the United States to take to the children.
Thank you so much for all you did to make our trip a trip to remember. I would certainly recommend Peru For Less to all my friends.
Tom,Dear Bernard,

We would like to thank you for arranging such a wonderful Peru trip. One thing for sure, a trip to Peru is a memorable and exciting adventure. We found the people to be colorful, charming, and ever willing to share their beautiful country with strangers. Now back in Colorado, we think back to all the sights, sounds and tastes we enjoyed.
One of our fondest memories was our meal with you at Tanta's Restaurant. We have never tasted such wonderful fish prepared in so many different ways. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to meet with us and introduce us to Peru.
The jungle segment at Posada Amazonas was terrific--the Ese'ejas people and Rainforest Expeditions were gracious hosts. The Posada lodge was wonderful, but there is no way we could have prepared for the intensity and lush vegetation of the jungle. We loved the wildlife at Posada, and found the sights and sounds of the jungle exhilarating.
We loved the Nazca adventure, and seeing the geo-glyphs from the six-seater Cessna was great. As was the boat ride to see all the marine and bird life at Ballestas Islands. The Uros and Taquile communities on Lake Titicaca were also so interesting to visit, and the residents there were such a delight.
Cusco and Machu Picchu were certainly the highlights of our trip. Even though we read books and have seen documentaries of the Inca Ruins, nothing prepared us for the immensity, lushness, and location of the ruin. Seeing the ruin as the morning mist cleared was so memorable.
We felt fortunate that our Sacred Valley tour was on a Sunday, as both the Pisac and Chinceros Indian Markets were in full swing. We loved the textiles, alpaca sweaters, and crafts. Additionally, the ruins of Sacsayhuaman and Ollantaytambo are not to be missed.
PeruRail provided excellent service, and the trains were well maintained and comfortable. The scenery along both the Machu Picchu and Cusco to Puno routes was outstanding--following along the rush and roar of the Urubamba River as we descended toward Machu Picchu from Cusco was great, as well as the views of the Andes with large flocks of llama and alpaca en route to Puno.
Again, thank you for assisting us while in Peru, and for making the arrangements necessary for a memorable trip. All of the agents and guides were knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. We would be most pleased to recommend your company and services to other Peru travelers and look forward to sharing pictures of Peru with friends and family.
Yours Truly,
Dave and Blanche,Dear Bernard,

Thanks for your nice note, yes we enjoyed our trip to Peru very much.
We will keep you in mind for our next south-american adventure, and any of our friends will be reffered to you too.The book you sent us is beautiful, it is sitting on our table, in the living room, constant reminder of how beautiful and interesting Peru is.
With best wishes.
Yours Truly,
Naomi and Rafael,Richard,

Thanks for following up! We had a great time! All the rooms were beautiful; we really felt we were living in luxury during each night of our stay in Peru. The hotel locations were so convenient to the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. We went to most of the restaurants that were recommended in each city and they were all served delicious meals! Each PFL representative came to pick us up on time, or met us the night before, and was able to answer all of our questions. So we never felt like we didn't know what we were doing. The guides were all so knowledgeable and welcoming. Please thank Fabricio again for giving us a great tour of Machu Picchu! I think we really enjoyed Rosie as our guide to the Sacred Valley too! I would definitely recommend others to go through Peru For Less, and this experience will definitely encourage me to visit Peru again!
Maureen,Hi Richard,

The Sacred Valley trip was awesome; we learned a lot and saw some very nice things. It was not as great as Machu Picchu, but close. Thank you again for helping me with all the endless questions I had. All our guides were wonderful. Fred in Pisco and then later in Nazca was wonderful. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time and would recommend your company to anyone and in fact have mentioned your name several times to different people. The memories will be with us for a lifetime.
Thanks and God bless,
Sandra,Hi Richard,

We had a wonderful trip. Thank you for all the help. Everything went smoothly. Great guides and transfers were always there waiting for us. We highly recommend the trekking. Our group was just four and we were able to go at our own pace. We carried on after Huarmihuanusqa pass and stopped at Chaqui Cocha. So our second day was really big, but we were so happy we went on. Pacaymayo was crowded and muddy because of the rain. The Hotels you arranged were wonderful. We will always remember our trip to Peru . What a wonderful experience.
Thanks again,
Hello Bernard,

The trip went very well. It was definitely worthwhile despite my initial self imposed problems. All your contacts were very reliable keeping in touch and making sure we got to the right places at the right times. The several days in Lima were also nice. Had a chance to get to know the place a little.
It was a great introduction to Peru. I'd like to go back sometime and explore more in depth, maybe do the Inca trail etc.
Appreciate all your efforts through the confusion. Hope things are going well with you. Let's keep in touch.
