We had a wonderful time, and everything went very smoothly. Thank you very much for your help with our first hotel.

Our transfers were all great, and we ended up having the same driver, Rodrigo, for all of our hotel transfers. If I can put in a good word for him: what a great guy! So polite and he made sure we knew that we could ask him to stop anywhere we found of interest on our way to the next hotel. The drives were pleasant, with good conversation, and we felt safe and comfortable with him. We were happy to see him each time he showed up when it was time for us to move again. All of our drivers were polite, great people! But he was our favorite of course, because we spent so much time with him. The welcome packet he gave us at the airport was great, with all the vouchers prepared. We had no problems at all!

We made it home safely and we all had an absolutely fantastic time! We all found Costa Rica full of fun and exciting adventure.

The accommodations that we stayed at were awesome! First and foremost, the views were incredible! The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious. We all ate well and the food was very delicious.

Two highlights that we all would strongly recommend would be zip-lining and the catamaran. The zip-lining was so very exciting and extremely safe and the catamaran boat ride which included swimming and snorkelling in the Pacific ocean as well as viewing dolphins was both adventurous and beautiful. The Costa Rica sunsets are absolutely beautiful, especially in Monteverde.

Travelling with children, 6 & 8, was no problem what so ever. We all experienced sightings of monkeys, sloths, birds and even a tarantula, in the tropical rainforest that we visited.

All of the tour guides and tour van drivers were excellent.

Overall, the trip was great and we appreciate all of the time that you put into planning this trip for us! We'll definately be in touch when we decide on booking our trip to Peru.

As promised, I am finally getting back in touch with you, in regards to our travel experience in Peru as well as in working with you.

As for working with you, I can't say enough positive things Bernard. What a wonderful experience it was. This was our first time planning a trip on-line. At first, we were somewhat nervous, since we didn't know if your firm was legimitate, or anything like that. But you were always responsive, caring, warm, answered our many many questions patiently and throughly, provided us with good guidance and helped us plan our trip. Everything you promised, you delivered. The guides were knowledgable and with good communication skills. And the places you selected for us were comfortable and nice to stay at. The trip was totally hassle free, safe, enjoyable, and a memorable experience, one that will cherish and remember fondly for many years to come.

As for Peru, what a beautiful country it is. It's clean. The people are so very warm and friendly. And we found it to be totally safe, something we were concerned about prior to leaving for Peru. To me, Peru felt so much like home. In fact so much so that we are now missing it very much and one day, we would love to come there again. And when we do, we'll definately be contacting you.

Needless to say, we are 100+% satisfied with the trip to Peru and in working with you. As you know, I have just returned (with your help) from your great country. Peru for Less was everything you prominsed....and more. I was always picked up on time and the drivers and guides were always friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and helpful. All the hotels were basic but clean and located well. Thank you so much for all your help. You always answered my emails containing many questions. I came to trust you and my trust was well placed. Thanks to you and Pauline for arranging our 'escape' from Peru during the strike. You arranged a private van with driver and got us safely from Puno to Arequipa! Thanks to PFL we were able to keep our original flight schedule back to the USA. No small miracle under the circumstances!! I have already recommended PFL to several people and will continue to do so. I can't recommend you guys at Peru For Less highly enough. Ale coordinated most of our trip and after a few weeks of emails and suggestions from Ale and changed itineraries we finalized our plans. We had planned to do all the bookings ourselves to save money as we have done this in other continents such as Europe and Asia without problems. But, we soon learned that South America is very different and we worked out that it was going to be a lot less stressful and most probably cheaper to book it through your services. This certainly turned out to be true. In Chile & Bolivia we had made our own direct bookings. However, flights were cancelled, taxis were very expensive, and roads were blocked. This meant a lot of uncertainly and wasted time, with organizing new flights and rearranging hotel bookings etc. We had enough adventure by the time we arrived in Peru. It was such a relief knowing that everything had been organized by this time. Our whole trip in Peru was fantastic. It is such a diverse place and it was hard to say what impressed us the most - it was a combination of the scenery, history, culture, and the food!! On the whole, we like to do our own thing so your service was ideal for us. With just over three week's holiday, it was so good to arrive at a place knowing we would be picked up and taken to our hotel which was already booked. Not having to waste so much time finding suitable accommodation or haggle prices with the hotels or taxis, meant we had heaps of extra time to just relax and explore. We would be picked up from the bus or train and taken to our hotel where all our tickets were waiting for us. We had pre-arranged mini-tours and were then left to our own devices for a day or so, depending on where we were. The longer tours were very small in number which was great. You were not stuck with the same group for a traditional tour. If there were any changes to the itinerary we were called at the hotel or messages were left for us to advise of any time changes. At every place, we were allocated a person to whom we could call for any problems. Also, there was an emergency contact if something went astray. Highlights of the Peru trip were of course Machu Picchu, Colca Canyon, Lake Titicaca, and Paracas/Nazca. The whole trip was incredible, but probably our most special memory was staying in the Sacred Valley at Ollantaytambo for three days at Hotel Sauce. What a magical place this was. We hired a motorbike and toured the region also. Overall, it was hard to say what was the best and everywhere the guides were so good. Fabricio went out of his way to make our first view of Machu Picchu incredibly special. Your website is fantastic to go and check out the suggested itineraries and look at the hotels. We had a rough plan of what we wanted to do and this made it so much easier to add a day here or there, and work out suitable transport, which was all organized for us. Again, thank you for helping to make our trip so special. Your service would have to be the best value for money for such a quality service.

I've never had an variety of quality food, unique menu, and beautiful presentation like it. You were so right. And the drinks were good too! And of course, I loved riding in your Audi. Peru for Less really exceeded my expectations for my Peru vacation. My customized itinerary was followed beautifully, and the tour descriptions given to me by Bernard matched exactly what I experienced on every level. The wonderful people who greeted me for all of my transfers throughout Lima, Cusco, and Machu Picchu were on-time, friendly, and accommodating, especially Laura Rodriguez. The tour guide services were excellent for every tour on my itinerary, since they were relaxed, friendly and knowledgable.
