Vehicular Restriction on Fines by Costa Rican Court Order

The Costa Rican Constitutional Court has ordered the collection of traffic fines be temporarily stopped. Costa Rica issues vehicular restrictions on vehicles 6 tons and lighter dependent on their license plate between the hours of 6 am to 7 pm on weekdays. A lawyer has temporarily prevented the government from collecting fines claiming that this law violates his freedom of trade.
